Founded and based in San Diego, IQHQ is proud to call San Diego home. Over their respective careers, the IQHQ management team has developed and acquired over 6 million square feet of life science real estate in San Diego – building deep market knowledge and relationships in the process.

Our commitment and vision for San Diego is evident in the Research and Development District (RaDD) project, which will capture the innovative spirit of the city and actively enhance the working experience of the region’s life science industry within a premier, urban, mixed-use waterfront campus environment. Situated on more than eight acres and occupying three entire city blocks, the RaDD is the largest urban commercial waterfront site along California’s Pacific coast.

The RaDD achieves three major objectives. First, it is a truly transformative development that will become the only premier life science and live-work-play opportunity on the waterfront. Next, it elevates San Diego’s life science market to be competitive with Seaport District in Boston and Mission Bay in San Francisco. Finally, it is an economic driver that will attract new top-tier life science companies to the San Diego market that will employ diverse, local talent and spur the local economy.
