Tuna Harbor Park – Tuna Harbor Park features a small grassy area with trees for shade and public art, including a large statue by Stanley Bleifield, entitled “Homecoming,” celebrating the Navy, a sculptural tribute to Bob Hope, designed by Tom Askman and Lea Anne Lake, a U.S. Aircraft Memorial, including a black granite obelisk and two life-size bronzes sculptures, by T.J. Dixon and James Nelson and the Clifton A. F. Sprague Memorial by Kim Moon. A small amphitheater provides seating for users to take in panoramic views of the San Diego Bay.

Location: On the waterfront at the terminus of G Street, west of Harbor Drive.

Waterfront Park  – The newly constructed Waterfront Park is the most significant waterfront open space in Downtown San Diego and fulfills a vision decades in the making slating it as a quintessential destination for residents and visitors. The existing historic landscape and landmark County building form the park’s center while a new interactive fountain extends from the building and into the park defining a large civic green. The park also features intimate garden rooms with distinct themes, a children’s play zone and several picnic areas.

USS Midway – The USS Midway Museum is a maritime museum located in Downtown San Diego, California at Navy Pier. The museum is located inside of the aircraft carrier.

Maritime Museum of San Diego – The Maritime Museum of San Diego, established in 1948, preserves one of the largest collections of historic sea vessels in the United States. Located in the San Diego Bay, the centerpiece of the museum’s collection is the Star of India, an 1863 iron bark.
