About the Downtown Loyalty Program
The Downtown Loyalty program was created by the Downtown San Diego Partnership and the City Center Business District as an easy, digital way for Downtown residents and visitors to to provide immediate, critical support to the small businesses, restaurants, retailers, hotels and others that make up Downtown’s bustling hospitality sector and bolster our unique live, work, play vibe.
Many businesses in Downtown San Diego who had to temporarily close or pivot their services because of COVID-19 are facing an uphill battle. With the support of our donors, the Downtown San Diego Partnership is selling special deals to these businesses at discounted prices for Downtown Loyal customers. Whether that means a discounted gift card or a steal of a hotel stay, the Downtown Loyalty store has options for all. These sales will create a direct infusion of much-needed revenue and hopefully build groups of #DowntownLoyal customers for years to come.
How You Can Help
Each purchase you make can help sustain one of our Downtown businesses while also getting you serious discounts to some of you Downtown favorites.

How It Works
- Click through to the Downtown Partnership’s Loyalty Store from this page to browse the offers available.
- Select a staycation package – or two! – from a participating Downtown hotel.
- Check out through our secure form.
- Save your email receipt.
- We send the hotel the value of your total purchase plus $50 in additional fundraising from the Downtown Partnership to support them. – Yay!
- Within 10 business days, you receive an order fulfillment email from the Downtown Partnership indicating your order has been purchased. Shortly after, you receive contact directly from the hotel you purchased from to confirm your purchase and finalize your booking.
- Packages must be used by 4/30/21 to be eligible for exclusive Downtown Loyalty inclusions
- If not used before 4/30/21, package value can be used toward a market-rate stay (additional inclusions may not apply)
- Booking must be done through each hotel directly (customers will be contacted directly by the hotel they purchased from to confirm the details of their booking once their order has been fulfilled)
- The Downtown Partnership does not maintain any responsibility for availability or booking after purchase
