Donate with Dignity

When you see someone struggling, the urge to help is undeniable. Giving clothing and supplies to those who are homeless on the streets of Downtown may seem helpful and
compassionate, but there can be negative consequences. Father Joe’s Villages and the Downtown San Diego Partnership encourage you to donate your items to one of
Downtown’s many homeless services providers who will deliver them with dignity and respect.
Make sure your good intentions are helping, not hurting, those in San Diego who happen to be homeless.
Please contact one of the service providers listed below to donate your lightly used clothing goods, household goods and electronic items.

Interested in volunteering your time to serve meals to the homeless Downtown?
The San Diego Meal Service Program was created to connect San Diego service providers with people who are eager to volunteer their time and energy to this effort.
