Diego. Oversees enterprise zone in Downtown San Diego, permitting
requests and employment issues.

Handles property taxes and parcel maps throughout the county
of San Diego.
Centre City Development Corporation

Agency in charge of Downtown redevelopment. Facilitates the
public/private partnerships necessary for redevelopment. Responsibilities
also include strategic planning, urban design, property acquisition
and relocation programs, public improvements and public financing
for Downtown projects.

Assists businesses with expansion, finding new sites, overcoming
obstacles to doing business in California, obtaining funding
